So it's official I am a resident of the Bronx and Chris and I are living together! I don't think I ever really thought this day would come. It's exciting and nerve racking at the same time especially with the first day of my new job looming around the corner! As my mom said thought, after a month Chris and I will have a routine and all of this will feel normal.
Yesterday mom and dad helped us move down in a U-Haul in 90 degree weather. I can honestly say it was one of the best days of my summer. We all worked together and got alllll my stuff up the two flights of stairs and into the apartment. We all enjoyed a yummy dinner and some wine at Chris and my favorite restaurant in Woodlawn, Curry Spot (Indian foood!). I'm so lucky to have such great parents who are willing to help me move still and are supportive. It also doesn't hurt that they seem really happy with my choice of boyfriend. Chris is great and gets along with my family splendidly. =]
Chris and I are very tired after unpacking all day and running errands. Pizza is on the way and a rerun of Seinfeld is on. Life is good.
